As a principal at Goff & Howard, Jennifer Hellman develops clients' public relations strategies, incorporating community relations, media relations, social media, and employee communications.

Jennifer has more than a decade of experience in public relations. She counsels clients in crisis situations, identifies stories and frames them in compelling ways, and helps clients take advantage of media opportunities. Jennifer also conducts spokesperson and media training seminars.

Jennifer is active in several Twin Cities civic organizations. She is a 2008 graduate of the Saint Paul Area Chamber of Commerce's Leadership Saint Paul and currently serves on the organization's curriculum committee. She was also part of the 2009-2010 class of Leadership Minnesota through the Minnesota Chamber of Commerce. In these capacities, she contributes to conversations on statewide issues and networks with business leaders across the state to enhance her knowledge of trends and issues that impact our clients.

Jennifer has relationships with reporters across the state, having placed stories in media outlets from major Minnesota daily papers, including the Star Tribune, the Pioneer Press, the Duluth News Tribune, and the Brainerd Daily Dispatch, as well as Minnesota Public Radio. She has also placed stories in weekly newspapers that tie clients to their local community.

Jennifer works with the Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe to integrate their public affairs and public relations efforts. She works closely with the Band's lobbyists to share consistent messages to both legislators and the public and to support the lobbyists' efforts with public relations tactics.

As a graduate of Saint Olaf College, Jennifer is an active alumnus. She and her husband (also an Ole) live in Inver Grove Heights, where they are raising two young sons (future Oles?) and a dog (named Ole).
