Greater Saint Paul Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) annual market report
Project description
Each year the Saint Paul BOMA releases a market report that provides the occupancy/vacancy rates in the downtown St. Paul office market and a description of the trends and major changes in the past year.
Why they came to Goff & Howard
Pulling all the statistics into a single report is complicated in itself. BOMA's report also requires time-consuming research, is fully designed with different concepts each year, and contains significant analysis.
How we have assisted them
Each year Goff & Howard assists with research, coordinates the writing and design of the report, and assists in its release to the media and BOMA members.
Results
While some reports are filed away and have limited long-term value, the BOMA report is a highly useful reference tool that captures year-to-year market activity and trends.

Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC) brochure
Project description
The Domestic Security Alliance Council (DSAC) is a new organization led by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). DSAC promotes the exchange of timely, vetted information among American businesses and the government to help prevent, detect and investigate crimes.
Why they came to Goff & Howard
As a new organization, DSAC wanted help increasing its membership and illustrating the value of its services. DSAC also needed its first major communications piece – a brochure – to establish the council's visual identity and be completed on a tight deadline.
How we have assisted them
Goff & Howard developed a brochure focused on making complex information straightforward and engaging.
Results
DSAC's brochure was provided to hundreds of attendees at a key FBI event and will be used to communicate with potential members well into the future. The design of the brochure created a foundation for the organization's visual identity, while the text helped identify DSAC's most compelling messages – both of which will help guide DSAC's other communications efforts.

Mille Lacs Band of Ojibwe "Honoring Our Veterans" 2010 Calendar
Project description
Chief Executive Marge Anderson needed a meaningful and cost-effective gift to give to the more than 1,300 people who attended the State of the Band address. Since the theme of her speech was courageous leadership, Anderson wanted to create a calendar that honored the Band's veterans.
Why they came to Goff & Howard
The Mille Lacs Band turned to Goff & Howard because of our years of experience skillfully researching and writing complex subjects, overseeing the graphic design of visually-pleasing pieces, and producing intricate, yet cohesive materials.
How we have assisted them
Goff & Howard gathered photos, researched service dates of the Band's veterans, interviewed active service members and their families, and collaborated with several veterans' organizations. We also incorporated traditional Ojibwe language into every page of the calendar.
Results
Goff & Howard combined all of the different components to make a cohesive, beautiful, and functional calendar. Many Band members have said that they identify emotionally with the calendar and show it proudly.
